Salut tout le monde! (Hey everyone!)
I'm beginning an online travel journal for my upcoming adventures in Saint Priest, France (outside of Lyon) and beyond. I will be teaching English to les enfants francais (little french kiddies) as a part of the English Teaching Assistant program in France. I leave September 21 from DC, arrive Septemeber 22 in Lyon, and will be living french for 7 months!!!!
To keep all of my friends and family up-to-date on my french experience, my new country and new job struggles (as there are sure to be many in the first few weeks), my successes in overcoming said struggles (I can only hope), as well as my many fabulous euro trips to come, I'll try to post on the blog as often as I can.
Until then, I'm going to hone my blog posting skills and keep you updated on any pre-trip fun/drama/excitement:)
